Capabilities

We use leading edge Computer Aided Design software, work-stations and design tools such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to evaluate how our materials and designs will perform under a wide range of operational conditions. Drawings, models and design detail can easily be transferred in DXF, IGES, STEP and other formats.

Prototype development is done in a fully equipped laboratory dedicated to new product development and metrology.

We subject our material and product designs to extensive laboratory tests, then validate product performance in our product-testing center.

At our Headquarters in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, you’ll find the heart of our research and development efforts. Trostel’s product development center includes, on-site seal testing and dedicated R&D resources that are used to develop and test new and improved molding methods, automation and process improvements.
