 Tool & Process Engineer - Lake Geneva, WI

Tool & Process Engineer will be responsible for developing new processes and tooling as they relate to the entire rubber molding operation. This includes tool designs, machinery recommendations, management of project and managing vendors.

Education/Experience:

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years tool design and manufacturing experience in the rubber molding industry. GD&T as is relates to this function is required
  • Experience working with tooling vendors, general machining knowledge and automation experience.
  • Six Sigma methodology training, Green or Black Belt preferred
  • Demonstratable Project Management and Project Execution

Requirements:

  • 3D CAD, AuotCAD Inventor preferred
  • Computer Software skills including Minitab, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. Expertise with Microsoft Project, Assess and PowerPoint preferred.

Network Technician- Lake Geneva, WI.

 This position includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. This position will be based in Whitewater and Lake Geneva and report s to the IT Director.

 The requirements of this position are:

 

  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
  • College degree in the field of Information Technology
  • 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Certifications on Microsoft products
  • Experience working in IT in a manufacturing environment with an ERP system
  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 2008

 

Tooling Engineer – Reynosa, Mexico – McAllen, Texas

Education:

B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years in Molding Process experience
  • Molding and tooling design
  • Tooling preventing maintenance program
  • Project management
  • Tool steels and heat treatments
  • Inventory management
  • AutoCAD expert, 3D modeling helpful
  • Initiative and proactive attitude
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish

 

  Human Resources Director – Lake Geneva, WI

The Human Resources Director reports to the CEO and originates and leads Human Resources activities including recruiting and retention, organization development, safety, benefit and salary administration activities.  Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive responsibility in Human Resources 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and PHR or SPHR certification
  • This position also requires HR experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience in  talent management, training, recruiting, administering benefit and wellness programs, worker’s compensation, safety and OSHA
  • Limited travel both domestically and internationally
