Trostel designs custom formulations and develops compounds for a wide range of customer applications. Our modern laboratory is well equipped with all the necessary analytical and in-process, quality assurance test equipment to meet specific customer requirements.
This includes a Rubber Process Analyzer (RPA), and a K1 Shaw Intermixer for pre-production material design and process development.

Our state-of-the art rubber mixing facility produces high quality compounds in a wide variety of forms. We produce material for all our internal requirements and also supply independent molders requiring superior quality with custom mixed rubber. Our compounding and molding expertise includes a broad range of materials from NR to FKM's. Trostel is a leader in rubber to metal bonding technology. These skills and experience allow us to engineer innovative solutions for the most demanding applications.
