Trostel’s product development center includes, on-site seal testing and dedicated R & D resources that are used to develop and test new and improved molding methods, automation and process improvements.

Polymer Compounding Division – Whitewater, WI
Our polymer compounding division is located in nearby Whitewater, Wisconsin. This “best in class” mixing facility was designed after a comprehensive study of the world’s top compounding plants.
It incorporates an experienced staff of chemists, technicians, a fully equipped prototype lab and the latest in-process quality assurance testing equipment. Resources that assure you receive the best in both standard and custom polymer formulations.
Trostel Whitewater – Whitewater, WI
At Trostel’s manufacturing facility located in Whitewater, WI, we produce precision molded parts that meet your production needs and stand up to the demands of heavy-duty, real-world use.
We provide custom designed, precision molded seals, rubber products, and value-added assemblies for a wide range of markets and applications. From small-to-large projects, we have the experience and capability to deliver competitive solutions and value for our customers.
Trostel Mexico – Reynosa, Mexico
Our newest state-of-the-art facility is located south of the border in Reynosa, Mexico. Constructed in 2001, this 66,000 square foot plant produces high quality rubber molded products for the North American, European and Mexican markets.
